What is Tenepes?

Tenepes (Personal Energetic Task) is a daily practice of energetic assistance systematised by physician and researcher Waldo Vieira within Conscientiology. During Tenepes, practitioners exteriorise consciential energies in cooperation with extraphysical helpers, offering assistance voluntarily and free of charge.
