I am open to offering assistance and thoughtful clarification through the letters I receive. This is a space for listening, reflection and discovering new ways of understanding our experiences.

Your email address is needed so Mateus can reply where appropriate. Sending a letter does not guarantee an individual response.

What happens next?

I will approach the letters I receive with care and respect. Where appropriate and possible, I may reply privately with a reflection or clarification. Not every letter will receive an individual reply. No letter will be published without express permission; if a subject inspires an article, I will ask before sharing any excerpt.

Please avoid sending identity documents or sensitive details about other people. This reflective editorial space is not emergency support or individual therapy.
